Legal Manager
You are responsible to review and draft legal documents for contract agreements, implement legal policies, guidelines & procedures. You should have an indepth knowledge of the legal and regulatory issues relating to business & commercial operations, especially leasing and property management as you will be engaged in new business projects including joint-ventures and partnerships. You are also required to provide legal advice to all departments and perform the role of Company Secretary.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Degree in Law with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in private practice and/or in-house role. You should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an eye for details to function effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
General Manager (Based in Dubai)
Your key role is to manage all aspects of the cineplex between the cineplex and its Board of Directors, patrons, employees, community, government and industry players. You will administer the Company’s policies, implement and monitor annual budget expenditure, quality of cineplexes products and services to ensure maximum patron satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must possess tertiary education in relevant discipline, at least 10 years of experience in hospitality, F&B or retail industry of which 5 years in senior management position. You should be strong leader who is assertive and possess strategic dexterity, strong business intelligence, resourcefulness and analytical approach.
Customer Service Officer
You will be involved in box office duties, ushering and answering enquiries. You must possess pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Technical Assistant (Full / Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
· To operate projection equipment, theatre and sound system
· Able to troubleshoot any technical problems arising during presentation
Requirements:
· Diploma in Film / Sound and Video or NTC in electrical / electronics or equivalent
Assistant Theatre Manager
Responsibilities:
· In charge of day to day operations of our Cineplex and F & B outlet.
· Responsible for security of cash, tickets, property supplies and equipment in the Cineplex.
· Assist in the ISO implementation and updates of quality procedures.
· Supervise & train ground staff
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ Level/ Diploma
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality or F & B industry
· Posses sound customer service, pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills.
· Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Theatre Executive
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Duty Manager in day – to- day operations of the Cineplexes
· Assist in scheduling duty roster for all ground staff (FT/ PT)
· Assist in supervising & training all ground staff (FT/ PT)
Requirements:
· Min GCE ‘O’ Level, preferably with SHATEC certification
· Good customer service and communication skills
· Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Hotel Assistant - Front Desk Office
Responsibilities:
· Perform front desk duties involving reception duties and enquiries related to bookings, guest check-in / check-out and cashiering
· Dealing with customer complaints and comments
· Updating of room status in the in-house customized system, HIS
· Concierge duties and day to day operations which may include helping in breakfast services and housekeeping.
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ ‘or Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality with 1 year of relevant experience in front desk operation in a hotel industry
· A good and strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Computer literate and willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday.
Retail Service Officer (FT / PT)
